Thompson Cain was born on October 2, 1955 and christened Thomas Anthony Yost. He died on July 28, 2012 in Colorado Springs. He went for a long bike ride on a trail near the Air Force Academy at the foot of the Rocky Mountains on a warm summer day and suffered a fatal heart attack. He is missed and mourned by family, friends and colleagues.
He was a true author of his life, seeking knowledge, gaining the respect of his peers, inspiring deep friendships and true love, and deeply dedicated to his sisters, parents, nieces and nephews.

Thompson Cain, 56, of Winona Lake, IN, died on Saturday, July 28, 2012 at Penrose North Hospital in Colorado Springs, CO. Born in Bethlehem, PA, he was the son of Bernardine Anderson Yost of Mt. Laurel, NJ and the late Alan E. Yost. He was a 1980 graduate of the University of Delaware, earning a BA in Biological Sciences. Tom had a long and very rewarding career in Medical Device Sales & Marketing. Most recently, he was VP of Sales & Marketing for Biologics at Zimmer, Inc. He enjoyed the outdoors, hiking and was an enthusiastic world traveler. Tom was a loving son, brother and uncle who will be dearly missed. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his sisters, Mary Ellen Currie of Colorado Springs, CO; Julie Kudyba of Reinach, Switzerland; Kristin Rose of Mt. Laurel, NJ; Miriam Horrocks-Isenberg of Glen Mills, PA and many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to his Funeral Mass 1:00 pm on Friday, August 3, 2012 at St. Mary Magdalen Church, 2400 N. Providence Rd., Media, PA 19063. Interment will be private.
